Remembering Isaiah

It is with heavy hearts that we let our Children’s Wishes friends, family and community know, we lost our sweet Wish Kid Isaiah Lussier. Isaiah passed away February 14^th at the very young age of 11. He was diagnosed at age one with Polymicrogyria, a rare condition that affected the development of his brain. Even with a full awareness of his disability, he never let it get in the way of living his life to the fullest. Anyone lucky enough to know him would tell you he had a smile that could light up any room.

After being granted a Wish in 2015, Isaiah became an active family member of Children’s Wishes. “There are no answers as to why God called him from this Earth. But there is faith that we will one day see Isaiah again and we will honor Isaiah’s memory every day of our lives”, Director of Children’s Wishes Mary O’Rourke said, as she gave the touching Eulogy during his Memorial Service February 23^rd.

Another incredible soul, taken too soon. Rest in Peace sweet Isaiah. You will be missed by so many.
