Blake’s Kitchen honors one of our Wish Kids, Blake. Blake loved to cook and bake with his mom and dad. Blake’s Kitchen teams celebrity chefs with Wish Kids to cook up delicious recipes and taste some fantastic food, keeping Blake’s memory alive and inspiring younger generations to get creative in the kitchen!

Details:
Blake’s Kitchen Cook Off is a competitive cooking competition. Contestants will cook their favorite recipes for a panel of judges led by celebrity Chef Frank Terranova. The Cook Off is open to ALL children between the ages of 8-18. Contestants will be split into two groups: ages 8-13 and ages 14-18. Children’s Wishes will select a total of 8 contestants after reviewing all applications and will notify the finalists accordingly. All applicants who do not make the final 8 will be eligible for one (1) free admission ticket to the event. *
Cook Off participants will be competing for prizes including, but not limited to, one-on-one chef lessons, at home kitchen supplies, a cooking segment on Children’s Wishes Live!, a profile & recipe feature article in local magazines and much more!
Admission for this ticketed event is forty ($40) dollars for adults, ten ($10) dollars for children under the age of 18 and FREE for children 6 and under.
*** Tickets will be available for purchase at the door on the night of the event. ***
Tickets include mezzanine or balcony seating for the Cook Off, seasonal fare during the event, and a complimentary 1-hour wine table for adults 21 years or older. There will also be a cash bar. Tickets can be purchased below or at the door on the day of the event. All event proceeds go toward granting Wishes for our Wish children and their families.
* Please note, contestants must be between the ages of 8-18 by the time of July 15, 2021 to compete. The application process ended on 5/31/21. All CDC and Rhode Island Covid-19 guidelines and recommendations will be in place AND enforced for this event.
